The Fairhope Brewing Company is a labor of love embarked upon by five people with two goals: brewing great beer, and bringing it to the thirsty beer-drinkers of Lower Alabama. The first beers to be brewed were their three flagship labels: Fairhope 51 Pale Ale, Take the Causeway IPA and I Drink Therefore I Amber. The logo, labels, anniversary posters, as well as the ads all feature a pelican as their brand icon with their own identifiable color families. (Pelican dressed accordingly to match each style of brew.)
